If you want to write for us technology enthusiasts trust, Tech Exploria might be the right home for your work – I started this site because I wanted a place where technology content was actually honest: written by people who used the tools, tested the gadgets and had real things to say about them. That standard has not changed.

We are currently open to guest contributions across our core coverage areas. Before you pitch us, read every section of this page. We are specific about what we accept, and reading these guidelines carefully will save both your time and ours.

Why Write for Us – What Tech Exploria Offers Contributors
I want to be honest about what contributing to Tech Exploria means right now.
Honest answer – we are not Wired or TechCrunch. We are a small independent publication that launched in 2026 and has been growing steadily since. What that means for you as a contributor: your article will not get buried under hundreds of others. It will be read carefully, edited thoughtfully, and promoted genuinely.
What accepted contributors receive:
- A permanent author byline with your full name and bio
- A dedicated author profile page on TechExploria.com
- One editorially relevant link to your personal website, portfolio, or publication may be included where it genuinely adds value for readers.
- Social media promotion across our Twitter/X, Pinterest, and Instagram when your article goes live
- Editorial feedback on your submission – we do not just accept or reject without explanation
Topics We Accept – Technology Write for Us Categories
We publish content across five specific areas. If your topic does not fall clearly into one of these categories, it is unlikely to be accepted regardless of quality.
Artificial Intelligence – Write for Us AI
This is our core coverage area. We accept:
- Honest, first-hand reviews of AI tools – ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, and similar
- Practical guides for using AI tools for specific tasks – writing, image editing, research, coding
- Comparisons between AI tools based on real personal usage
- AI feature explainers – “What is X and how does it actually work”
What we do not want: AI tool roundups that list twenty tools the writer has not personally used, press-release-style coverage of new AI launches, or opinion pieces about AI replacing jobs.
Gadgets – Write for Us Gadgets
We accept gadget content that is based on genuine hands-on experience:
- Smartphone reviews – especially mid-range devices popular in India and the US
- Honest pre-launch coverage of confirmed upcoming devices with cited sources
- Accessory reviews – earbuds, chargers, phone cases
- Comparisons between specific devices the writer has personally used
What we do not want: spec-sheet comparisons with no personal usage, affiliate-driven content that reads like advertising.
Technology How-To Guides
Step-by-step guides for real, specific problems:
- Android and iPhone tutorials
- Fixing common tech problems
- Using specific apps or settings
- Beginner guides for tech concepts
Every step in a how-to guide must be tested on a real device before submission.
Internet Safety and Privacy
Practical, actionable content on:
- Protecting personal data online
- Password security and account protection
- Identifying scams and phishing attempts
- Privacy settings on popular platforms
Tech News and Analysis
We occasionally accept contributor pieces on:
- Analysis of significant technology announcements
- First-hand event coverage – conferences, product launches
- India-specific technology perspectives

How to Pitch Us – Step by Step
Step 1 – Send a Pitch First
Do not send a full article without pitching first. Full unsolicited articles go unread.
Email us at Techexploriablog@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: Write for Us Technology – [Your Proposed Topic]
- Your topic in one sentence
- Your angle – what makes your take different from what already exists
- Your experience with the subject – two or three sentences
- One writing sample – a published article or a section of previous work
Keep the pitch email under 200 words. We do not need your full CV. We need to know you have something specific and genuine to say.
Step 2 – Wait for Our Response
We review pitches within 5 to 7 business days. If your pitch is approved, we will send you our formatting guide and a deadline.
If we do not respond within 10 business days, your pitch was not selected. We do not send rejection emails for every submission – the volume makes that impractical.
Step 3 – Submit Your Article
Once your pitch is approved:
- Write your article following our formatting guide
- Submit in Google Docs with sharing enabled
- Attach images separately – do not embed them in the document
- Include a 50 to 80 words author bio with your name, your background, and the URL you want linked
FAQ
Do you accept content about topics outside technology?
No. Tech Exploria covers technology, AI tools, gadgets and internet safety exclusively. We do not publish content on digital marketing, SEO services, finance, health, fashion, travel, or any other topic outside this scope - regardless of how well the article is written.
Can I republish my Tech Exploria article on my own blog after it is published?
No. Accepted articles are published exclusively on TechExploria.com. You may share a link to your published article anywhere you like, but republishing the full text elsewhere - including your own website - is not permitted.
How long does the editorial process take after I submit a full article?
We aim to review submitted articles within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. If significant revisions are needed, we will send feedback and allow one round of revisions. Articles that require substantial rewrites after revision are typically declined.
Can I use AI to help write my article?
You can use AI tools for research, outlining, or light editing - but the article must be primarily written in your own voice with genuine personal experience behind it. Every submission is manually reviewed by our editors for originality, clarity, factual accuracy, and genuine human experience. We may also use originality checking tools during the review process.
One Last Thing
The best pitches we receive are specific. They name a tool the writer has actually used, describe a problem they actually solved, or explain a topic they have genuinely researched beyond what the first page of Google already covers.
The emails we cannot do anything with sound like this: ‘Hi, I am a tech writer and I would love to contribute to your blog.’ That tells us nothing. We need specifics – a real topic, a real angle, a real reason you are the right person to write it.
That is genuinely all we ask. Something real, from someone who actually knows the subject. That combination is rarer than it sounds – and it is exactly what gets published here.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
